For the 2023 model, the starting price of the Camry is $27,415. It has three primary engine options:
A base four-cylinder engine: While this base engine might not offer exciting acceleration, it pairs with a smooth eight-speed automatic transmission and provides great fuel efficiency. EPA estimates for nonhybrid Camry models with this engine are 28 mpg city and 39 mpg highway.
A hybrid engine: This is a less powerful version of the base engine that works with a battery and two electric motors. The base LE hybrid earned ratings of 51 mpg city and 53 mpg highway.
A 301-hp V-6 engine: This engine is available on the XLE and XSE models as well as the TRD variant. Models powered by the V-6 earned EPA ratings of 22 mpg city and up to 33 mpg highway.
The Camry comes with several trims, including the SE trim, which can be optioned with the Nightshade package. For 2023, the Nightshade package adds black headlight and taillight trim, a black front grille, rear spoiler, mirror caps, and badges, along with matte bronze 19-inch wheels. This package can be added to Midnight Black, White, or the new Reservoir Blue color.
The Toyota Camry also offers a high level of standard safety technology, including forward-collision warning, automated emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control. In 2023, the Camry lineup gets more driver-assistance technology, such as automatic high beams and a forward-facing camera that can read certain road signs.

The warranty covers three years or 36,000 miles, while the powertrain warranty covers five years or 60,000 miles. Complimentary scheduled maintenance is covered for two years or 25,000 miles.
