Andrea R. This 2002 Ford Thunderbird is being sold by a private seller, Andrea, and is located in San Mateo, CA. 2002 Ford Thunderbird Premium with partial color accent package and hard top. I was the original owner of ZsaZsa and she was my daily driver since I drove her off the showroom floor. The 2002 model year was composed of 31,368 cars, and 7,406 were produced that years feature color Thunderbird Blue. The sale is for as-is condition. The car is fun, still a head-turner, and quite comfortable to drive. I have a much longer commute now and moved to a more fuel efficient, though less fun vehicle. Aftermarket features: o LoJack does that still exist? o A disconnected alarm that you could reconnect o 30 pin iPod charger/plug in for original ipods. More recently fixed: o New tires o New outer tie rod ends o Newish catalytic converters o Newish fan assembly o Newer coils o New battery o New fuel pump As for what the as-is entails: o Scratch on front bumper o Soft top needs replacing hard top is in good condition. Tonneau cover is worn, but still usable. The hard-top comes with a storage stand. o Airbag light is on. I replaced the airbags once when the airbag light went on years ago, but when it went on again a couple of years ago, I opted to ignore the light. My opinion is that this is related to the clock spring issue that is mentioned later. o Parts are harder to get/take longer than they should for a 2002 Ford o 20 year old car with 150k+ miles that was a daily driver with some nicks and dings o Steering wheel controls are hit and miss for the cruise control, radio and horn. The cruise control currently isnt working. I believe these issues are part of a well known air bag/clock spring issue that was a common problem with the 02 T-Birds. o 6 disc CD changer is past its prime though when it wants to work its great. I have a Bluetooth transmitter that plugs into the cigarette lighter or other charging socket holes. You are welcome
